Important Instructions
- Admissions to 3 year full time BCA (Under graduate course in Compuer Application) programs are strictly under the guidelines of Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith, Varanasi and UGC.
- For applying online we require your latest passport size photo and scanned copy of your signatures. Please ensure that before filling the online admission form you have scanned copy of the photo and signature on your computer/mobile or pen drive.
- Please verify your Personal Details, Contact details, Academic Details, Photo and Signature carefully before final submission and take print of the duly filled application form for your reference.
- Keep the hard copy of your online application form having details of your registration and bank transaction number at safe place. In future, you would require this information along with your DOB to download your form / admit card.
- Please note that eligibility criteria as per the University guidelines for applying to 3 year full time BCA program is 10+2 with Mathematics as a compulsory subject.
- The Application fees for BCA program for academic session 2023-24 is Rs. 600/- (Six Hundred Only) and the students have the option to make the payment both in offline and online mode.
